Tom Brady

Despite a successful college football career at Michigan that included four bowl wins—two as a starter—Tom Brady famously entered the NFL as a sixth-round draft pick with little expectations before becoming arguably the greatest football player of all-time.

Brady won the Super Bowl six times with the New England Patriots and once with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He retired as the NFL’s all-time leader in passing yards, passing touchdowns and game-winning drives.

The California native pledged he would remain in touch with football when he stepped away from the playing field for good, and he has done so by entering the TV booth with Fox as a color commentator for NFL games.

Brady’s bid to become a part-owner of the Las Vegas Raiders passed a confirmation vote on Oct. 15, 2024. His sports ownership portfolio also includes the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces and English soccer club Birmingham City FC.
